Thomas was quick to follow, hands tucking into the pockets of his long jacket as he easily kept up with the other man. “Bart’s is close to where I live, and I’ve heard good things from people who have worked with you, I’m friends with one of the nurses that work with you.” He paused and looked ahead, “I’m not really looking for anything special, I don’t particularly need a higher recommendation, just something to get me by on, and I think I’m good at what I do.”
I’m sorry to be a bother, and to catch you at a time like this, but I sent in papers- see if I was fitting here in this workplace, your workplace. I don’t know if asking now is too soon, or if you’ve even seen them yet. But it has been a week. I’m terribly sorry.
